Community Health Needs Assessments: What Are They?

This brief video explains what Community Health Needs Assessments are, what function they perform, and their difference from other similarly titled processes.

Community Health Needs Assessments differ from Community Needs Assessments. The government wishes to ensure this segment of the population is cared by non for profit healthcare organizations. However, aside from tax code classifications, we need to understand what CHNA’s are, and how they help affect change in our communities.
